PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Juab County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at 7:00 PM in the Juab County Commission Chambers, 160 N Main, Nephi, UT. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments on an application for a conditional use permit made by DCPC to allow them to construct and operate a data center campus with island power on parcels XB00-1436-1, XB00-1436-2, and XB00-1412- located in Section 5, Township 11 South, Range 1 East, S.L.B & M.
