JUAB COUNTY INTENT TO CLARIFY COUNTY PERSONNEL ANNUAL LEAVE POLICY AND REPEAL JUAB COUNTY ORDINANCE 2-1-707(B) & (C). The Juab County Commission hereby gives notice of its intent to clarify the county’s employee annual leave policy by clarifying the number of hours of annual leave accrued per month. The County Commission also intends to repeal paragraphs (b) and (c) of section 2-1-707, Juab County Ordinances, which require a three-month severance package for a terminated county administrator.
